📦 Shipping Information

We ship all plant orders on Mondays to minimize the time your plants spend in transit and reduce weekend delays. Our weekly shipping cutoff is Friday at 12 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Monday.

To ensure your plants arrive in the best condition possible, we carefully package each order. However, some signs of stress during shipping are normal and expected. This may include:

• Temporary wilting
• Yellowing leaves
• Shedding of flowers or leaves

Please note: These symptoms are not indicators of poor plant health. Any broken, completely yellow, or wilted leaves can be removed after your plant arrives and begins to recover.

🌿 Acclimation Period

Once your plant arrives, it will need time to adjust to its new environment. We recommend a 3-week acclimation period to allow it to settle into your home or garden.

During this time:

• Keep the plant out of direct sunlight
• Avoid overwatering
• Let it adjust gradually to new humidity and temperature levels
